Why So Expensive?

I can't afford culinary school :(

  1. Practice at home! I'm no master but I just keep on practicing until I perfect some stuff. It would be crazy and you'll get the hang of it, as long as you follow the recipe precisely, or sometimes, have this certainty about tastes.
